If settings fail in FileZilla too means its not ZappySys issue, something is wrong with file format or password. If same settings worked with FileZilla then you can try to use alternate Private Key file format using below steps see it helps.Also try to use some Client tools like FileZilla / WinSCP see they can connect to remote FTP site using same settings you used with ZappySys SFTP connection.First Make sure your PassPhrase is correct.
You may be using Private Key along with User ID and Password and ZappySys SFTP Connection is unable to load Private Key (May be key file is bad or password is invalid) Possible Solution Invalid password or bad data Possible Cause Sometimes if you use SFTP Connection along with SSIS Secure FTP Task or ZappySys SFTP Driver like this one then you may receive below error.
